- If you are not legible for free samples the item cost is the same as the item price displayed in our website.

- If you are legible for free sample we give one (1) item or more per reviewer. For wholesaler or distributor a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100 pieces per item/s is required.
- Do I need to pay taxes and tariff duties?
For single items order and most shipping destination taxes is inclusive in the final purchase price computation. All items and most shipping destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
For wholesale orders we will arrange the tariff and duties from our FOB or as agreed in the Pro Forma Invoice.
When you receive notification from your local customs office for your wholesale order you are responsible for paying corresponding tariff and duties from the destination port.

- Can I ship on PO/APO address?
- For our mutual protection we do not ship items via PO/APO address for security purposes.

- Absolutely, you can change address anytime as long as the items you have ordered has not been dispatch yet for shipment. Please do note that when orders have been already dispatched for shipment we are unable to change your address so please ensure that you provide shipping address information is valid and current.

- How long does my items arrived?
For all 1 – 20 pieces items – within 2-5 business days guaranteed.
Please note that our shipping services are not available during weekends (Sat-Sun). So if order was placed on Friday’s after 12:0o noon PST, your order/s will be processed but will be ship the following Monday.
For wholesale LCL/FCL shipment ETA depends on port of destination from our FOB (Shenzhen/Shanghai) port.
- Can I return or exchange item/items that I purchase?
Yes you may return or exchange items within seven (7) days when receiving your order. Please make sure to contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can instruct and prepare a proper Return Merchandize Authorization form for you to fill up.
Please take note that return shipment cost is covered by you.
If you want replacement please indicate it in the given form and which item you want to exchange in return.
