Place your order with Mitchell Roberts in just a few quick and easy steps.
1. Click on the Add to Cart button
To shop at Mitchell Roberts, just find an item you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. The button is found on all of our product pages. Clicking this button will place the item in your “Shopping Cart”. Each time you click the “Add to Cart” an item will added into your Shopping Cart.
2. View your Shopping Cart
All the items you have selected will be listed in your Shopping Cart. You can then modify it to increase or remove some of the items you’d like to buy. It also shows a subtotal for your purchase. Once you’re happy with the items in your Cart, simply click the “Continue” button and you will be guided through the checkout procedure.
3. Enter a valid Email Address
We require your email address for us to send you notifications about your order status.
4. Enter your Shipping & Billing Information
You will also be required to provide proper shipping and billing information for your order.
5. Reviewing and Checking Out
This is the final step. In the Review page you’ll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you’ll also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you’ve entered thus far. Whenever you are ready, just click “Submit ” to complete the ordering process.
6. Order Confirmation
After submitting your order a page with all of your order details together with your order number will be displayed. Please save the information for your records. Shortly after, you will also receive an email confirming the details of your order along with your order number.

Modifying Your Order
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped so if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item.
