In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund less shipping charges. You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us for a return authorization before attempting to return an item you purchased. We will send you an email notification with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. We will not accept returns received without an RMA number and the packages received will be sent back.
The refunded amount will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Global Express Mail (International orders) or UPS/FEDEX/DHL/EMS shipping fees.
The product(s) sent back will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. Product(s) that show signs of use will not be refunded.
Accidental damage or wear of product caused by the customer is not covered in our guarantee. Your refund will be sent within two business days of us receiving your returned order. You will be notified via an email stating that your return is complete. Please note that refunds normally take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
