Welcome to MITCHELL ROBERTS “the WEBSITE”, before using the WEBSITE it is strongly recommended that you read and understand and accept all the terms and conditions set in this Term of Service Page “TOS”.
We also recommend that you also read our security policy and privacy policy page and the same with our security and privacy policy page we advise you to have a printed hardcopy of this TOS for easy reference.

MITCHELL ROBERTS known as the WEBSITE provides users access to luxury silk products such as men ties, bow ties, silk scarves, cup links, designer items and other silk products online known as “the SERVICE”. As a client and user you are responsible for obtaining access to the WEBSITE.

License and Site Access condition
Site access is free but you may not bypass or circumvent login forms, or any security features in the WEBSITE. MITCHELL ROBERTS grants you limited access and license and make personal use of all the WEBSITE features that is available for you as a registered member. This limited license and access does not include downloading of protected and copyrighted contents, documents, pictures, and other designer brand logos. You are also prohibited from uploading files or destructive programs, viruses, pirated software, and computer codes which may destroy or unintentionally/intentionally disrupt the operation of the WEBSITE. Any known un-authorized use of the WEBSITE shall revoke your limited license and site access and we may block your IP Addresses, report you to appropriate authorities, ban your username and or remove your account without notice.

Your MITCHELL ROBERTS Account
When you register and created an account in the WEBSITE you must agree to provide true and accurate complete information as provided in the WEBSITE registration page, if provided information is inaccurate, deceptive and not current the WEBSITE has the right to suspend or terminate your registered account and prevent you from accessing the WEBSITE in the future.
